Process

The process of collaboration is fairly simple:
  • The property owner (you) gets in touch with us.
  • We meet and exchange viewpoints to understand each other’s requirements. Several key points such as building specifications, timelines, costs, legal necessities, etc. are discussed and finalized, followed by the inking of the agreement.
  • We then swing into action designing the project, carrying out due diligence and procuring relevant municipal permissions.
  • Thereafter, the actual construction starts, the final structure takes shape and eventually the finishing of the building, both external and internal, is completed.
  • Finally, we hand over the house to you.

At O&W we also provide security and maintenance to the property for a period of one year.
