Overview of Design & PMC

Project Management Consultation or PMC is the most crucial and all-encompassing task in the process of construction of new residences. Our PM consultant is involved from inception to completion of a project and handles a wide variety of roles and multiple responsibilities during construction. The work is handled by our Project Manager who works closely with our Design Engineer, Construction Engineer, etc.

Our PM consultants are proactive and deeply involved in all facets of construction. At O&W, our PM consultant’s responsibilities include:

The PM consultant also has to work closely with the Design team and Construction team to ensure smooth and timely progress of the construction process. They also have to collect and maintain records and submit daily progress reports.
