  [10:09, 23/4/2019] Owner Deepak Khosla E9/8 VV: did a superb job of design, layout and elevation after having taken many inputs from us and incorporating them skillfully. There were never any egos involved and as a result we got a beautiful, well planned house which over the last few years has become homes to all of us esiding here.

  After five odd years we can better appreciate all the effort that went in to make our house what it is - an enduring piece of architecture with cheerful vibes ( some call it Vastu ! ).

  Our family chose TCS / O&W as their work stood out as different from all the other cookie cutter buildings coming up at the time . We were pleasantly surprised that they allowed us freedom to choose our “ look” both exterior and in the interiors , allowing each one of us to have different lay outs as per our individual requirements on each floor . Their technical background helped get a well designed building and their aesthetics were also sound . We are happy living here now for close to 4 years .
